What is a home warranty?

A home warranty is a contractual service agreement designed to provide protection against the routine failures of vital appliances and home systems. To view the comprehensive list of items eligible for coverage, kindly refer to our terms and conditions.

Why do I need a home warranty if I already have homeowner’s insurance?

Homeowner's insurance is designed to cover damages to real and personal property resulting from infrequent events like fire and theft. However, it does not provide coverage for the routine failures of vital appliances and home systems.
